Manchan Magan embraces the ethos of slow travel, taking the time to get to know people and places, and experiencing local customs and traditions.

Chapter 1 Dublin to Amsterdam

He takes a 100mph zipline ride across a Welsh quarry, dances the Congo at a party in Brussels, cycles through treetops on an innovative Belgian trail and visits a floating farm in Rotterdam.

Chapter 2 Amsterdam to Budapest

Manchán stops off in Berlin, where he dines on an array of dishes made with protein-packed insects. In Prague, he learns about fruit foraging in the city and meets two sisters with a passion for baking. When Manch?n arrives in Budapest, he heads straight to the public baths before exploring the city.

Chapter 3 Budapest to Genoa

Manchán visits Zagreb, where he learns about the city's witch-hunting past and sips coffee in a caf? that is a replica of the Orient Express. At his next stop in Slovenia's Lake Bled, he rows out to a little island church, before enjoying a locally-made picnic. Manch?n goes diving in Genoa on the Italian coast and learns about an award-winning pesto sauce from local lawyer-turned-foodie Enrica Monzani.

Chapter 4 Genoa to Rosslare

Manchán embarks on the final leg of his journey, travelling along the famed Riviera coastline by train, where he bumps into a French caricaturist who sketches his portrait in between stations. In the medieval village of ?ze, he stops off at a perfume factory to create a scent that reminds him of his trip. Manch?n's final night is spent in San Sebastien in Spain's Basque region.
